I ordered a pair from aldoshoes.com and I’m happy with them. The confirmation email and receipt came through right away, so that part was easy to keep track of. The shoes look nice with a lot of outfits, and the quality feels better than I expected for the price. They’re not the cheapest pair out there, but they feel worth it overall. I’d probably buy again, especially if there’s a sale.

"Shoes were fine, but the shipping part dragged"
I ordered a pair of shoes from ALDO Shoes and the checkout part was simple, so that was nice. But then it kind of just sat there for a while, or at least it felt like it, because the tracking barely updated. When the shoes finally showed up, they were fine and looked like what I expected. I just wish that whole thing after ordering had been a little smoother.

"Customer service didn’t disappoint"
I had a small issue with my order and wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do. I messaged Aldo customer service and they got back to me quick, which I appreciated. The person I talked to was nice and didn’t make it no big hassle or anything, just helped me get it sorted. It was better support than I expected, and I’d order from them again

"Comfortable Once I Tried Them Out"
I ordered these from aldoshoes.com and was a little relieved after wearing them for a full day. They ended up being comfy, and my feet felt fine by the end of it. The toe area did need a little time to loosen up, but it wasn’t painful or anything. Overall, I’m happy with them and would give them 4 stars.

"Really solid shoes so far"
I got my Aldo shoes about a month ago, i’ve been impressed with them. They just feel well-made when you pick them up, if that makes sense, not flimsy or cheap. The leather has a nice look to it, and I actually checked the stitching because that’s usually where I notice issues first, but it all looks clean and even. I wore them for a full day out, walking around quite a bit, and I was expecting at least some rubbing or soreness since new shoes can be annoying like that, but they were surprisingly comfortable. So far, I’m really happy with the quality and feel like they were a good buy.

I normally don’t stray from my usual shoe brand, so I was a little torn ordering these boots. But the 30% off deal was too good to pass up, and checkout was super easy. They also showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. this might make me rethink my brand loyalty a bit.

"Refund took way longer than I expected"
I returned a pair from Aldo and did eventually get my refund, but it took almost two weeks. I reached out to customer service and they did reply, just not very quickly, and it kind of felt like my concern wasn’t being taken that seriously. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it was definitely slower and more frustrating than I expected.
